A great whiff of spice, cedar and the unique characteristic generally only found in Margaret River Cabernet being bay leaf.
The palate is well structured and has tremendous depth of fruit. Flavours of red berries and raspberries contribute to a persistent and filling palate.
A classy finish with powdery tannins wraps up an impressive wine which is approachable now but will also reward long term cellaring.
