This more a Sade than Beyonce. And damn it's tasty. The focus here being expression of site with a hands off approach to winemaking. Fruit is sourced from a single vineyard by the name of Black Paddock in the Yarra sub region of Kangaroo Ground. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Silky. Meaty; think pan juices. Some wallet leather and ferrous vibes. Super soft berry fruits. The aromas flow neatly to the palate. Fruit is delicately poised and lingers long. Utterly enjoyable.
Drink in the medium term. One for the shopping list.
