Sourced from a vineyard in Orange, citrus characters headed by limes which drive this. Whilst not throwing up expected vibrant and bright perfume, this Riesling has more of a weighty feel.
A hint of jasmine flower is shouldered pretty quickly out of the way by grapefruit and lime pith. There's a fair phenolic kick which hangs. Quite a pleasant wine though. The crunchy grapefruit acidity urges another sip. Whiting fillets would eat this up.
