Tim Smith Eden Wines Valley Riesling 2016

The fruit is sourced from a single vineyard planted in 1922. Tim Smith has developed a number of relationships with small growers securing quality fruit.

Picked early, this Riesling was whole bunch pressed, the must was cool fermented with cultured yeast. Seeking crisp acidity, no additions were made - what you see is what you get Smith says.

Crunchy green apples, subtle minerality with a citrusy kick leading to a long and refreshing finish. Delectable. I just wanted more!

Chill hard and enjoy to take the sting out of your day.

Drink now.

92/100 - Very good
