The wine went through 100% malo and spent 20 months in oak.
Caramelised peach, fig, roasted cashews, vanillin and butter pastry. Lemon acidity steals the limelight for a moment with a drop of lemon juice through the middle. Creaminess washes back through to a long finish.
A good drink well worth throwing at a roast chook.
