A beautifully crafted Pinot Noir from Tasmania's Coal River.
Lifted perfume of dried roses and red flowers get things going. Sauteed mushrooms, undergrowth and restrained plum add layers of complexity coupled with fine spices and minerally drive through the mid palate. 10% whole bunches were used giving a subtle oomph. Seductive and smooth, this is a pleasure to drink.
