Penley Estate Atlas Shiraz 2016

Straight up and down Shiraz played with a straight bat. Fair going for around $20.

Brooding dark fruit, there's a dash of menthol and mint. Earthy plus a generous sprinkle of peppery spice which lingers. Dry to finish with rustic type tannins.

Good barbecue wine.

Drink now to five years.
