Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, free run juice barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 12 months.
Pretty aromas of vanilla, lime leaf, some struck match and white stone fruit. A minerally drive rolls effortlessly through the mouth. Riding on its shoulders are generous white fleshed peach and a subtle lemony tang. The longer it sits in the glass the more some gentle caramel characters step into the fray.
Great drinking. I'd have a couple of glasses easy.
