Schwarz Wine Co Meta Shiraz 2016

Bunchy is the word and I dig it. Handpicked, 25% whole bunch, unfined, unfiltered. A blend of three vineyards from Moppa, Stonewell and Eden Valley. 2850 produced.

Savoury feels to start ensure you get elbow deep as you dig for interest and pleasure. There's plenty to find too mind you. Aromas are engaging and satisfying all at the same time. Delicious fruit sits at the core driving through with fistfuls of power yet there's restraint. A tad smokey and meaty, that only has me grappling for more. Supple tannins sap the moisture from the mouth pleading for another sip. Oh, why not. Great stuff.

Drink now to six years.
