De Bortoli The Estate Vineyard Pinot Blanc 2017

Bone dry and crunchy. This Pinot Blanc yearns for seafood.

Grown in Dixons Creek, the vines were planted in 2011 and 2013. Handpicked and minimal intervention was the Powdery.

Powedery feels through the mouth. Don't chill it too much as you want see it in full voice.

Lemon balm and ever so subtle creaminess. Green apples are the main player with a crunchy acidity and soothing minerality. The dryness I find quite appealing.

Drink now.
