Good drinking Pinot Grigio from Frankland River which many will find appealing.
Lots of fruit puts this in a handy place. Poached pear, dashes of melon, green apple, white stonefruit and a squeeze of lemon. Some textural appeal from 10 hours on skins adds interest and leaves a wash of poached pear for something to chew on. I like this.
