Picked early to retain citrusy fruit and crisp acidity. Barrel fermented and aged for eight months to develop texture. A really good drink - well done Soumah team.
Tangy lime and shades of green apple. White stonefruit pins this wine together but very much taking a back seat. Flashes of Cashew nuttiness with a faint match stick peering through. Soft ginger like spice is met by lemony sherbet and grapefruit acid tang to finish.
Quite a refreshing and easy drinking type. Drink now to three years.
