From a single block planted in 1999 at the foothills of the Victorian Alps. Unfined and unfiltered.
There's weight in the mouth with this Pinot. Aromas of cut parsley, mint and twigs. Blackcurrant fruit hurtles its way forward. Stewed plum is feathered with a dusting of spice. There's visible tension too which will relax in time. Let it chill in the bottle a little longer when it will show itself better.
Drink 2019 to 2026.
