A gorgeous aged Semillon which has enjoyed time cooling its heels. Layers of interest await ready to be peeled back.
Inviting aromas of key lime pie and grapefruit with typical aged kerosene and honey tones starting to show their hand. Lime continues the theme in the mouth with a minerally drive chasing up soft toast and curd. A great wine.
Drinking well now but time will not make this weary.
