Ten Minutes By Tractor Estate Pinot Noir 2016

Always a great expression of Pinot. This 2016 edition is a blend of four sites - Coolart Road, McCutcheon, Wallis and Judd (56/23/16/5).

Bunchy (15%), dark cherries, earth, forest floor and dried leaves are the main players. Mushroom compost adds to the density too. Soft dark plums add pleasure factor in the mouth. Soft, lingering spices at the death call you back. Still a little tight, this will unwind beautifully in years to come.

Drink now to eight years.
