Ten Minutes By Tractor Wallis Pinot Noir 2016

A darker and intense Pinot. A masculine style if you will - can we say that these days? At the same time, it's a closed book that doesn't want to show itself too freely. Give it time and embrace the pleasure.

100% destemmed, 100% wild yeast fermentation,  25 days on skins, 31% new French oak off 26-year-old vines.

Quite savoury, cloves, brown spices and earthy characters are interwoven between carefully placed sour cherries and rhubarb with shades of blackcurrants. Those who love a Pinot with depth will be right at home here.

Drink 2019 to ten years.
