A blend of Cabernet, Petite Sirah and Merlot from the Riverland. A good barbecue wine.
Blackberries, canned plums, tilled black earth, meaty and some char, there's a dusting of fine pepper and five spice for good measure. There's plenty going on but in the mouth it's quite tempered and mellow. Overall, good stuff.
Drink now to three years.
