1838 Wines Classic French Style Rosé 2018

The best Rosé at the Mudgee Wine Show 2018. I know little more about it I'm afraid.

It's a decent drink but doesn't grab me I must admit. Made from Merlot, there's a definitive effort to represent a French style as the name suggests.

Rhubarb, strawberries and cream and dried red currants are all the rage. There's a tasty creaminess which sits at the core and one which I really enjoyed. Bone dry, this has long lunch appeal - it's a wine I'd need to have beside food mind you.

Drink now to three years.
