Indigo Vineyard Beechworth Shiraz 2016
Here's a tense character reluctant to give an insight to its true persona.
A couple of days of tasting still couldn't tempt the shy guy to come out. Clearly not one for an audience, firm acid is clenched around dense dark fruit. Some mulberry, some char, a little tar but not much else to share really. A few more years in the tomb might just be the answer. Or not.
Drink 2021 to eight years.
