Summer is gone but things are warming up again - in my part of the world at least. Here's a tidy Savvy to douse the heat poolside.
A fraction more Semillon has been added to the 2018 (13%) with the 2017 only having (10%). All the expected Sauv Blanc characteristics are on show - gooseberry, green capsicum, tropical fruit, dashes of citrus and some cut green herbs. Clean, crisp and refreshing, this will win many fans.
Drink now to three years.
