A delicious Cabernet release from the good folk at Zema Estate.
Already with four years under its belt, isn't it great when a wine is released in the zone and some of the aging done for you? Better still, you aren't dropping a bomb to drink well.
All varietal characters are present and humming along in fine form. Etched with enticing complexity, the juicy yet soft fruit, boney tannins and engaging length are the game breakers for me. It lingers nicely now and will only improve with cellaring.
