A fab blend of Hilltop and Canberra fruit. It seems Matt Burton has magic hands when it comes to blending these regions.
Spiced red fruits and dark plums drive this medium bodied Shiraz with ease. Cola, a dusting of chocolate and licks of caramel all chime in too ensuring there is plenty to peruse. Scents of sweet spices continue to skip from the glass with ease. Mind you, the longer it sits in the glass, those plum fruits are deep seated and gain some good momentum. Long and moreish, I could be talked into another point.
