A tidy Margaret River Shiraz.
Lots to like here. Throw a steak on the barbecue and you're in business. Purple berries and flowers make a welcome entrance followed by pan juices and dark chocolate. A little firm which leans itself to be a good partner for food. Tight, silty type tannins are a little slippery on close leaving a peppery spice in its wake.
Drink to five years.
