But I can't say this falls into that category. Quite tight, it seemed quite developed for where is should be. Firm acid wraps itself around a core of lemon curd. Touches of lime leaf are evident too but its a wine that needs food. Something like pan fried fish with a lemon butter sauce would do the trick but I couldn't have a glass on its own.
