Attractive scents from the outset hook you in. That's the Gewurtz way isn't it?
Turkish Delight, rose water, red petals and purple flowers pique the interest levels but things plateau in the mouth. I reckon the barrel work didn't do the trick here and was a touch overdone. The fruit rolls through almost too casually as a soft ginger spice looms on close. A good match for spicy Asian dishes.
