Made from Yarra Valley Syrah, the red fruits and berries here are screaming out for attention.
Red fruit and currants are joined by orange peel, some earthiness and a moreish textural appeal which leaves dried herbs in its wake. Some rhubarb rises late and finishes with a dash of white pepper. Super tasty gear.
