Here's a big street tough outta the Barossa.
Big, thick set, heaving along. Despite being in the glass for a few hours, it still seemed reluctant to loosen up. The following day, mind you, things were different. Dense plums and dark chocolate mesh with Christmas cake and "warm" spices. Sweetish oak sweeps through with drying brick dust tannins. A big guy looking for a big embrace.
