Dried peach, white stonefruits, lemons and struck match. You get a sense that every time you take a whiff, or a sip, another veneer of pleasure slowly reveals itself. And they keep coming with toast, vanilla cream, raw cashews and slivers of almond. Finely textured yet keeping some tension in reserve, this is an excellent expression of the variety.
