A very handy drink for $22.
Some oyster shell type aromas on opening before lemons and toast nestle in. The fruit has good presence without being too weighty - twelve months in French oak was well managed. Vanilla and a touch of raw cashews add interest before a lemony tang sees out the finish. Good stuff. Tick.
