Levantine Hill Sparkling Rosé 2014

Australia's most expensive Rosé. Of the 900 bottles produced, only a handful remain.

Fine textural feels and an energetic bead dance through the mouth and for the eyes. Tangerine and white cherry highlights, its rose gold appearance in the glass glistens. Made from Pinot Noir, this super dry sparkling shows a neat hand of pomegranate with a flash of dried herb. The white bit of the strawberry also makes a cheeky cameo. Delicious!
Well made and classy drinking.
