The new De Bortoli Wizardry range is a clever expression of Grenache three ways. This Rosé is a solid drink that ticks the boxes.
Visually appealing, it's got that pale salmon which the consumer is said to prefer. An easy slurp, it's all strawberries, red currants and white chocolate creaminess. Some textural grip clings on to a long finish before a fine spice swoops late and brushes itself across the tongue lingering longer than expected. A slight crunch to the acid caps off a pleasurable drink.
