These Fat Bastard wines are marketed as "full bodied" wines but this Pinot isn't in that ball park. Quite a lighter style for what it's said to be.
Imported from the south of France, this is an easy slurp for the money. Red frogs and Allen's raspberries throw the scent early. Red plum fruit, hints of dark chocolate and gravelly tannins mop up the tail leaving dusty feels in its wake. Burgers and pizza or even pie night would be a neat fit.
Drink now to three years.
