Citrus blossom, jasmine flowers, kaffir lime leaves and a tinge of basil get you in the mood. Crisp and beautifully cut, a citrus drive is headed by lemons with shades of dehydrated lime. Some preserved lemon with lemon sherbet whip up the tail. A touch more minerality in this Watervale than I've previously from this vineyard. Wonderful acidity has me running for more. So summer. So smashing.
