Santolin Wines Cosa Nostra Pinot Gris 2019

There's a slight blush and copper appearance to this Pinot Gris. I like that to be honest. It adds mystique. A fresh and textural number, weekend lunches in the sun are sorted with wines like this.

Expected poached pear is prominent from the outset. Pretty scents of white flowers arouse the senses. A faint flicker of almonds sit in the background. Canned lychee lands mid palate just before close. A delightful texture kicks in and adds some weight with a fine cinnamon like spice sitting on a sustained finish. Thumbs up from me.

Drink now.
