I love the tension that you get with these Seville Estate Chardonnays. You tug at the rip chord in the hope of release but there's no letting up - and you wouldn't want it any other way. Delicious!
Lean, lemons and limes skim through and glisten. Scents of barbecued fig, caramel and flinty notes with a focused white fleshed nectarine and white peach presence throughout. A fine minerality takes a back seat as the focused fruit and impressive complexity seduce. Grapefruit acidity brings the mouth to water as a lemon sherbet tang refuses to leave. Brilliant!
