Backline Block Raiders Shiraz 2018

Three former Wallabies come together to create a wine label made by Ben Riggs.

A 'blocker' is a common backline move in rugby. This is named Block Raiders after a favoured move Drew Mitchell, Matt Giteau and Adam Ashley-Cooper used playing for the Wallabies.

Quite approachable, it's a barbecue with the footy on kind of wine. Dark fruits, some charcoal, black earth and dark chocolate with a dusty tannin. Time goes on and shows a cheeky mint character. It goes ok.

Drink to five years.
