The top Pinot in the Seville Estate range but on this occasion I preferred the Estate release to drink now.
Give it some bottle age and I'm sure it will be shining. Smooth and delicate strawberry and raspberry fruit swoon early. Some smoke rolls in like a late afternoon storm with puffs of earth and herby feels on the flank. There's no doubting its delicacy and length but give it some more time to relax and mesh a little more.
