South Australia's Mt Lofty, New South Wales' Gundagai and Victoria's Heathcote come together to make this generous offering. Cedar, vanilla, coffee grounds and spicy Christmas cake get you in the mood. Handfuls of black fruit are lobbed up and seem painted on. A spicy finish that lingers long, hello barbecues or burgers.
