I only reviewed the 2019 release in February earlier this year. A quick turn around sees the 2020 land on the tasting bench. Very much a similar wine to the previous. Super Riesling and what a way to celebrate winemaker Rob Diletti's 20th vintage!
The 2019 was tense and focused with this release running the same course. Limes squeeze tight and inject concentrated juice into your soul. A little steely and minerally, scents of talc and white flowers add pretty factor. Chalky to close with a lick of green apple, a fabulously refreshing drink once again.
Drink now to embrace the freshness but it will age.
