Quality organic Shiraz for the money. Give it a little air to see it shine.
It's a little abrasive and tense early on but that settles. Blackberries, dark plummy fruit and dark chocolate are packaged up tightly. A fine ribbon of clove is laced throughout with black pepper shaking things up on close. Rock solid drinking.
Drink to three years.
