Seductive aromas. You wouldn't pick this as a Mudgee Riesling, that's for sure.
Green apple, white field flowers and bath salts kick the enthusiasm levels up. But to taste, it loses its mojo. A little firm, there's some underripe green apple tartness with powdery feels. A respectable wash of lime juice ticks the box before a crisp finish. Good acidity will cut through fish and chips and the like. I'm thinking tempura battered whiting tacos just coz.
