Paulett Wines Brielle Grenache 2020

A ripping Clare Valley Grenache that hails from the Watervale subregion. Delicious and then some, I'd dive into this with pike.

From dry grown bush vines planted in the mid-1900s, this spent seven months old French and was bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Named after Chief winemaker Jarrad Steele's daughter, the Winemakers Blend is a small batch limited edition in selected years.

This is the second release of this wine. Get hooked by juicy raspberries that flood the mouth. It dances with fabulous rhythm and is laced with fine spices and a flick of red apple acidity. A touch of earthiness and a whiff of black tea hovers in the background. Persistent and moreish, one glass becomes a third very quickly - great stuff!

Drink to five years.
