Enjoy International Viognier Day (30 April) with this Organic release which is a little more focused than its Y Series sibling.
Quite linear, it shows soft honeysuckle and apricot nectar. A delicate texture rides through the mouth with a soft ginger nut biscuit spice. Bright acidity shows vibrancy as a fine rub of dried herbs clings to the spice delivering a moreish wine.
