Such a layered beauty, there is much going on to tickle your interest bone. Fleshy pears, white-fleshed stonefruit and scents of white flowers skip from the glass. There's even a suggestion of musk. A considered wine that reveals more of its persona with time in the glass, a sprinkle of dried herb and soft ginger spices come late. Long, refreshing and moreish, I could get dangerous with this. Superb!
