Well hello there! Here is a Semillon I want to drink lots of. So fresh and oozing pleasure.
For me, this is the best of the 2021 Gundog Estate Semillons. Bursting with lemons and limes, soft textural feels, there is a shade of cut herb too. A little residual sugar adds to the romance ensuring this is clean, crisp and ultra-refreshing. Chase the sun and fresh seafood with this in hand but it will handle Thai night just as well.
