When in the groove, purple fruits shine. It's a wine dripping with blueberries and mulberries. Pan juices, some earthy feels early but all this calms on the second day. A little weighty but with a charismatic mouthfeel, it is a wine that is easy to enjoy. The finish is soft with slippery tannins but these firm up right on exit.
