This Syme is prettier and a little brighter than its George's sibling. Cola, raspberries and blackberries fold into one another. Undergrowth and autumnal feels add savoury delight with a sprinkling of white pepper. Long, its presence in the mouth is captivating and culminates in a persistent finish. An excellent Pinot!
