Wonderfully textural, this Pinot Grigio grew on me big time.
There is plenty going on to captivate. Scents of watermelon husk and strawberries with whiffs of herbal tea too. With a copper appearance, in the mouth you pick up highlights of poached pear and super fine cinnamon spices. Herbal tea makes another appearance with a similar tannin profile. The layers kept peeling back offering a new vista of beauty to admire. Well played.
Drink to three years.
