Sourced from the Adelaide Hills, this is highlighted by stonefruits, apples and white flowers. There is a lot to admire about the textur and balance of this wine. A soft creaminess keeps a neat tempo. the acid holds back a little before timing its run to cut in late with some tang. A really enjoyable wine. Long lunch material.
Drink to three years.
