A Rosé made from Shiraz and Cabernet, I found the Cabernet to really stamp its authority. It's the type of wine more suited for a casual BBQ than sipping on the sun on its own.
Watermelon and cranberry juice appearance, it sits on the dark berry fruit spectrum. Textural to taste, blackberries and red currants rattle home. Fine black pepper to close leads to a long and persistent finish. Pair with food and you're on the right bus.
